Ink color matching

We do inks recipes using the Ink Formulation program and EXACT spectrophotometers. The art of ink formulation lies in creating a balance between the cost of the formulation and its printability. We carry out the development of recipes in our laboratory within 1-2 days. We can formulate ink from PANTONE catalog, printed or liquid sample also can develop color from Lab, LCh color coordinates or CfX format file sent by e-mail.

Draw downs and printed color standards

We do draw downs on an automatic proof printing device, which imitates the full printing of a flex machine, and we can also make coloring on a manual RK Print proof printer. At the same time, we can make various ink transfers from 4 grams per square meter to 22 grams and more. Apply the OPVs with the different gloss.

Our specialists have the necessary equipment and experience to measure the condition of anilox rolls.
